Samuel Baker and Stephany Mendia serve as the youth pastors at River of Life and have been members of the church since 2017. They are extremely passionate about helping teens develop their own relationship with the Lord as evidenced by their combined 20 years of experience in youth leadership. Sam and Steph’s approach to youth ministry is anchored in the exploration of faith through scripture, community, and service. They believe that youth are the future of the Church and worth investing in, and that church should be a safe place for teens getting to know who God is to them.

Sam and Steph have been married since 2019. When they’re not hosting #StamHouseHangs with the youth, they love trying new restaurants, collecting vinyl’s, and spending all their spare time at the movies.
