Bill is originally from Dayton, Ohio and is the son of an ordained minister in the Open Bible Church. Having been raised in church he always knew of God but didn’t come to true faith until adulthood. After getting married to his wife Jennifer they moved to Northern Kentucky. They have served in various roles in the church, from leaders of Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade and teaching Sunday school. Bill served on the board of the Campbell County Vineyard as well as leading outreach. They have been involved in missions’ trips to South Africa, Mexico, and Puerto Rico as well as leading their own nonprofit, Touches of Love which serves low-income retirees at Christmas. He joined the elder board in 2024.
